Supercharge Your Child's Intelligence
Share
EVERY PARENT wants the best for their child or should want the best for their child, however, many don't ever think about raising a genius.
Genetics
While it's said genetics play a role in intelligence, I sincerely believe there's a genius, no matter what, inside of every kid. Parents need to strategized and implement a plan that's going to build skills and talents for their children. Parents, if your genetics are the make up of who created you and your child (God), I'd say you definitely have a genius on your hands. Here are some expert tips on raising a genius child:
Encourage Curiosity and Exploration
We are simply talking about stimulating a child's brain and giving them the tools to do so. It's not rocket science, it's called FOCUS and USING TIME WISELY, it's called a FUTURE and PREPARING THEM FOR THE WORLD.
Society
Society says it's about their interests and passion, well we know college students have changed their mind anywhere from 2-5 times and still not go into the field she/he majored in once they've gradated. My point is this: You are their society, you are the parent and society is not taking care of your child, you are. Now who's in control, you, are you? which one of you knows best, the infant, the toddler, the kinder Garden or maybe the first grader. We all know by the age 12 kids think they know everything. Parents, guide your child, they are not suppose to guide or run you. Let the child be a child and you be the parent. You don't do what the child says, they do what you say. I'm mentioning this because I have seen it over and over again where the child was telling the parent what to do. This is not their role, it's yours. "You are raising a genius, raise he or she".
What do kids really know about the world
I am not saying kids aren't smart, because I know they come into this world with great intelligence. What I am saying is prepare them for the world the best way you can while you have them in your grasp. From conception to 18 years old, you are responsible for your child, right? If you don't have their mind someone elsew will. Have you ever thought about the skills or talents you would like for your child to have when they go out into the world or how you would like to see them once their eighteen years old. Again my point is, have you purposely thought about making sure they are equipped with talents and skills that will give them an advantage over the ordinary college freshmen by the time they are eighteen years old. Take a moment and ask your self, what talents and skills will my child leave home with, skills and talents they will have and be able to use as adults. Skills and talents they will be able to make a living with at age eighteen.

Support a Growth Mindset
Teach your child the importance of perseverance: never giving up, resilience: stick to it power and effort: Do it and do it now. Growth: you grow with every opportunity. Learning: you will definitely learn something. Opportunity is every time you have done something, that was an opportunity do something well. Help your child develop a positive attitude towards learning and problem-solving by having a positive attitude learning and problem-solving. Tell your child " You didn't loose the game, you just got better". Every game or recital is practice and all you can ever do is get better no matter if you are doing right or wrong, so make sure your child is doing it right! Tell them; Every time you play or practice YOU WILL get better.
Provide Enriching Experiences
Expose your child to a wide range of experiences, from visiting museums and art galleries to attending cultural events and participating in extracurricular activities. These enriching experiences will broaden their horizons, spark creativity, and foster a love for learning. Once or twice a month will work, as long as you something out side the house.
Encourage Critical Thinking
Encourage your child to question, analyze, and think critically about the world around them. Engage them in discussions, debates, and problem-solving activities to help them develop their analytical skills and logical reasoning, don't just give them the answer. In teaching them critical thinking, teach them humility, humbleness, appreciation and how to always say thank you, teach them gratitude, loving-kindness and care. It will bring great justice and respect to them in their adult life.
Celebrate everything
Praise your child for everything they do, it builds self esteem. Give them constructive criticism when it's not so good and share with them ways of doing it better the next time, always do this with love and care. Thank them for understanding even if it seems they really don't. By praising their dedication, perseverance, and improvement, you can instill a sense of pride and motivation in them to continue striving for excellence. We are to build our children self esteem, never, never, never tear them down. Always have a mindset of encouragement and a positive outlook for your child.
Remember, every child is unique and develop at their own pace, however, if you set a plan in place and follow it they will develop skills and learn new talents. With patience, encouragement, and the right guidance, you will build your child's resume before they reach the age of eighteen, both academically as well and socially.

WARNING
BUT! There is one very important thing I must WARN you about. It's called TIME, you only truly have from time of conception to 18 years old to really put your foot down and make something happen in your child's life, If you don't use time wisely you will lose it, it will be gone, never coming back, lost forever. If you want to raise that genius, YOU BETTER START NOW, because eighteen years is going to pass by and pass by fast. So I say making something happen between now and then is a wonderful thing. MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN.

You have a genius on your hands, use your time and theirs wisely. In my next post I have a list of things to help you bring out that genius, take a look and start with a few and build up until you get into the groove of raising a genius child. You as well as your child need to digest this new plan you are about to undertake, it will be a life changing event. Remember, using your time and your child's time wisely is the key.
A while back I asked my grandchild a question. I said if you start watching one of your social media platforms at 3p.m and stopped at 7p.m, how many hours did you spend on that platform and what did you get from it. I'm asking all the parents to ask yourself, how many hours do your child spend on the phone or their tablet and what did they get from it that contributed to them developing a skill or talent.
I do not promote stress or any pressure, I promote making it happen, no one put it better than Nike, Just Do It. Your child is going to get something out of his or her time. What it will be is up to you, in the end you will see, just you wait (taken from the movie My Fair Lady).
Thank you, thank you, thank you. Peace, Love, Light and Prosperity. I see a Genius on the Horizon, your child.
